    An Integrative Nutrition Health Coach is a guide who partners with you and empowers you to make sustainable lifestyle changes, with a focus on nutrition, health, and wellbeing. Think of a supportive mentor who helps you to reach your wellness goals through personalized, one on one encouragement around finding the practices that work best for you

  • What approach do you take?

    I champion the Whole-Body approach and create a supportive environment that enables you to articulate and achieve your goals. Whether is making better eating choices, starting your low tox living journey or needing assistance with weight loss or weight gain.

  • How will we work together?

    We’ll be a partnership. There’s no one-size-fits-all solution to health and wellness. Everyone is different – that’s what makes us all so amazing! So, I will listen and lean into your unique challenges, needs, and goals to design the right path for you. My tailor-made plan will empower you with tools and support framework you need to make the lifestyle changes you want, now and into the future.

  • Where did you study?

    I attended the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN) where I was fortunate to learn from some of the world’s top health and wellness experts.

  • What are your areas of expertise?

    Over the course of my studies at IIN, I studied over 100 dietary theories, including plant-based eating; Ayurveda; paleo and raw foods; nutrition and health; life-coaching and behaviour-change. My education has ignited my passion for the mind-body and gut-brain connection, and has informed my expertise in holistic nutrition, health coaching and preventative health.

  • What is Pilates?

    Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasises proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. Scientific testing has repeatedly proven that Pilates movements can easily and dramatically boost your strength and fitness levels.

  • What role does Pilates play?

    Pilates completes my Whole-Body specialism. As a qualified Instructor, I complement Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching through the practice of Pilates by bringing the body, mind and spirit together – working and ‘flowing’ as one to increase mobility and spiritual awareness.

  • What has worked for you?

    I needed to connect back to natural living. Finding a holistic approach to wellness, adopting a low tox lifestyle, learning to eat intuitively, implementing habits that are right for me and applying a variety of health practices have been instrumental to my family and I thriving.
