Food is at the heart of my family. Everyday food brings us together to share our culture, our personal experiences, and to give each other emotional and nutritional nourishment.

I take great joy in creating new food memories with my children, as well as establishing a foundation of healthy eating. So that, even when I am no longer here, my legacy will live on as my children continue to connect with nature and the wonderful, wholesome experiences that come with being at one with the world around them.

It’s important for me to cook and use fresh, in-season, and organic produce, staying away from preservatives and additives, and feed my family not only delicious but healing foods. Wholesome, nourishing and delicious food not only keeps our bellies full but our hearts full and content too.
