My 3pm ‘pick me up’
Sweet cravings but make it clean. Now, before I get all the “are you pregnant” comments and messages... No, I’m not but you definitely don’t need to be to have these delicious and healthy bliss balls.
I was blessed with the most beautiful and thoughtful friend who gifted me a care package from @thegoldenmonth whilst I’ve been on the mend the past couple of weeks. Even though these are called ‘lactation chocolate balls’ they most certainly can be enjoyed by anyone. With organic ingredients such as oats, raw cacao, linseed, sunflower, almond meal, nut butter, sweetener of choice like maple syrup/dates and coconut oil these delicious bliss balls are clearly see super healthy, clean and as you can see the nutritional value- which makes them perfect for breast feeding mamas.
I was cheeky with mine and I added maple syrup as recommended but I also added in a tablespoon of some @pana_organic hazelnut spread, dipped some of the balls in desiccated coconut, some in hemp seeds and left the others plain. My boys and I can’t stop eating them and I may or may not have ordered more
