Bliss Balls

Ingredients:

Hazelnut & Oat
1 cup of oats
1 cup of dates
1/4 cup of cacao powder
1/4 cup of hazelnuts
1 tablespoon of hemp seeds
1 tablespoon of sticky sweetener of choice

Coconut & Apricot
1 cup of quick oats
1 cup of desiccated coconut
1 cup of dried apricots
1/4 cup of dates
1/4 cups of of sunflower seeds
1/4 cup of sticky sweetener of choice

Choc Peanut Butter
1 cup of quick oats
1/2 cup of dates
1/4 cup of peanut butter
1/4 cup of sticky sweetener of choice like (maple syrup, brown rice etc)
1/4 cup of hemp seeds
1 heaped tablespoon of cacao powder
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 teaspoon of coconut oil

Directions:

Blitz ingredients in a blender, roll them in to the size you’d like your bliss balls, store in an airtight glass container and keep them in the fridge.
