Morning Oats
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon oats
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon brown rice puffs
1/2 cup of coconut milk
Handful of blueberries & strawberries
1 teaspoon of maca powder
1-3 dates (depending on the sweetness you’re after- I like it with 1 date)
Directions:
My absolute favourite way to have morning oats. Full of flavour, fibre and natural sweetness it’s the perfect (and quick!) have home or on the go nourishment. Mix together and enjoy
