Summer Pasta Salad
Ingredients:
2 cups of cooked fussili pasta
1 cup of cooked chickpeas
2 cucumbers cut in to small cubes
2 celery stalks cut in to small cubes
3 gherkins cut in to small cubes
1 big bunch of fresh dill
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of aioli
A pinch of salt & pepper
A drizzle of olive oil
Mix in a large bowl and keep in the fridge for a few hours until you’re ready to serve.
